YAGEO Group continues its expansion of automotive grade IATF catalogue common mode choke with the addition of the PM9408 series. Using our round wire coil winding technology, horizontally mounted in a planar core, these PM940x series offer one of the highest current (up to 39A) CMC products in the market in surface mount packages. This family offers inductances from 120µH to 480µH in the ER19 platform, having a footprint of 24.9 x 21.6mm, and now up 1500 µH in the ER25 platform, having the footprint of 30.5 x 27mm

Unfulfilled application requirements for high current CMC in SMT platforms drove the development of the initial PM9407 product offering. A further market requirement for high current and in particular for operation temperature range up to 150C has now driven the qualification and IATF launch of the larger PM9408 series.
