Releases New Printed Circuit mount MIL-STD-1553 Data Bus Coupling Transformer Module

introduces its latest additions to its family of MIL-STD-1553 products

The DBP-74XX series provides a 5 stub data bus coupler integrated into a printed circuit board mountable module. This packaging option provides a simplified means of incorporating MIL-STD-1553 data bus couplers when printed circuit board mounting is required.  Parts are available with zero (no internal termination), one or two internal bus terminations.  The modules are epoxy encapsulated and capable of meeting the environmental and electrical requirements specified in MIL-PRF-21038.

Pulse has been providing MIL-STD-1553 transformers and data bus couplers since the inception of the standard in the 1970s. The Catalog 1553 offering includes Qualified Product Listing and Non- QPL interface transformers built to MIL-PRF-21038, Levels T, M and C as well as data bus couples. These standard parts are offered with leads hot solder dipped in Sn63%/Pb37% for maximum resistance to tin whisker formation. In addition, RoHS and REACH compliant versions are available. Pulse also manufactures parts to MIL-STD-981 Class S for Space and Manned Flight applications.
