Pulse Coils

The customized coils developed by Pulse are wound on state-of-the-art semiautomatic and fully automatic machines. The finest wires from 0.028 mm to 0.095 mm and standard wires up to 0.75 mm are used. A variety of plastics, such as thermoplastics, duroplastics, and specialty plastics (designed for use in high-temperature applications in the engine compartment) are used as coil bodies.

Pulse is focused on optimizing production and cost controls with customers. This is accomplished by using the high-end techniques such as FEM calculations or full simulation.

In addition to core competencies in producing coils, Pulse can take advantage of downstream production steps, such as extrusion-coating and molding processes.
